Resilience is not about passively enduring stress but responding to life and bouncing back. Worklife Coaching’s mission is to enable organisations and individuals to develop skills to enhance mental and physical fitness in order to respond proactively and effectively to any and all of work and life’s demands regardless of how challenging they may be.

Worklife Coaching is a multidisciplinary corporation who help organisations and individual to improve performance and wellbeing through the delivery of skills-based training. Evidence-based training packages are tailored specifically to the needs of each organization to improve organizational health and workplace functioning by improving individual health and coping skills. Coaching, counseling and fitness services are available for individuals to address and treat specific health issues. Workplace Training Packages teach proactive and preventative measures to improve resilience both at work and at home in group-based instruction while coaching and counseling is a one-on-one service.

Worklife Coaching’s senior instructors and training developers are Tommy Pulleine and Melissa Harries who have over 20 years of military experience between them. Tommy was an infantry section commander and is a now performance and health coach with extensive experience as a frontline leader and instructor in the Army. Tommy is also a qualified workplace trainer and assessor with experience conducting resilience training and workplace assessments. Melissa is an Army psychologist who has a broad experience base including deployment mental health, personnel selection, resilience training and workplace assessment. Both Tommy and Melissa are veterans of the Middle East Area of Operations (Iraq and Afghanistan) and East Timor and combine their practical learning experiences with their formal knowledge to deliver skills based interventions that achieve excellent outcomes.  It’s also important to Tommy and Melissa that training is fun, interactive and that participants enjoy themselves while they learn valuable skills.

Worklife Coaching’s personal trainer is Sarah Wood. Sarah has been in the Army for 8 years and a Physical Training Instructor (PTI) since 2008. Sarah has a passion for changing and enriching people’s lives through fitness and health by using group classes, one-on-one Personal Training and nutrition advice. Sarah has had an interest in the fitness industry from a young age (following in the footsteps of her father who was also an Army PTI) and is always looking to help people with their fitness goals.
